Wine Country Getaway

I know this is straying quite a bit from crochet but I have to share this place with you!

Nestled in the napa valley is a beautiful castle winery called Castello Di Amorosa built in 2007 by Dario Sattui. The castle was made with stone that was shipped over from Europe. This is my third visit to this winery and I always see something new, I finally got to see one of the castle kitties! Here is Lady Guinevere lounging in the shade of an olive tree.

I love this place, there’s something very peaceful about this winery and I cannot wait to go back and take more pictures!

Wow! That place looks so cool! What’s it look like inside? I’m from San Luis Obispo and there is a castle winery In Paso Robles called Eagle Castle Winery. It is complete with a mote and draw bridge. My high school prom was held there, it was very magical. I’ll have to visit this place!

Thank you for checking out my post! Yes, it’s an awesome place. You can get lost in the tunnels underneath lol. I have seen that winery on my way to cambria and San Simeon last summer, I bet they have a similar layout with a courtyard and chapel inside and a really cool tasting room. I absolutely love this place, I wish I could work there!
