About Me

I’m just a simple girl with simple tastes who likes to create amazing things with her hands.  I believe when you make a gift it comes from the heart and will always be treasured.  So I started to crochet about a year ago and I have not stopped since then! I love it and it has become an addiction so I will record my journey in the land of crochet and hopefully meet some good friends along the way!  Come join me in this adventure!

Brings back great memories of my Grandmother. Am interested in relearning, something that I have fond memories of. Have You ever made those scarfs that kind of swirl? Can’t wait to see some of your work!

Yes YoBliss, I have attempted to make a swirly scarf. It did not turn out the way I wanted! I think I used the wrong size hook so it came out too small so I just labeled as a kid scarf lol.

Thanks for following my blog. at PsiKeep Venture. I almost picked the the same theme for my blog but I think it works much better as your blog.

Came back for another visit. I love the granny square project. My mom loves to crochet but I am too obsessive to handle it! I’ve tried a few times but if I can do it all in one day I go crazy! Not good with long term projects and I always lose count! But I can sure appreciate your fine craftsmanship!

Thank you jancabezud, for returning to my blog, it has grown quite a bit since your last visit. 🙂 I know what you mean, I was having a problem with being patient at first. Also, I had post it notes everywhere on my various projects to keep track of what stitch I was on and what row I was working on. The numbers have become second nature to me now. All the blood, sweat and tears are worth it when you see the finished product!
